Ordering a custom designed wool product couldn't be easier. You can place your order by phone, email or written letter.
Prices of custom orders will vary based on size, yarn choices and complexity of the design. We will be happy to provide you with a quote when you send us your specifications for the item.
Here are some general guidlines when ordering.
Rug Sizes: Range from 24 inches to 80 inches wide and can be up to 12 feet long.
Sock Sizes:
Mens Shoe Sizes 7-14 (including 1/2 sizes)
Womens Shoe Sizes 5-10 (including 1/2 sizes)
Custom Sizing - Call or email for details
Boot Sock - includes a 9 inch leg available in above sizes
Shipping and Handling:
Socks are flat rate shipping:
1 to 20 pairs $8
21 or more pairs $16
Shipping on all other items will be calculated when the item is completed based upon size and final weight of the item.
We require a 50% deposit on all custom orders. Final payment will be required at the completion of the project and shipping and handling fees will be calculated at this time.
Payment can be made via paypal or by personal check. We will begin orders and ship items when your personal check has been cleared with our bank.
Please note when referencing colors computer monitors may distort the actual color of the item. We can provide actual yarn samples if you would like to see the actual color of the yarn. If you wish to receive a yarn color sample then please let us know at the time of ordering.
